Terms & Terms Use of the 5hot Platform

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

All section headings in this document are for reference convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms contained therein.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use the 5hot platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3 Account Registration

The 5hot account registration process is straightforward and secure. However, there are several important points you must understand and comply with during and after registration:

• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using another person's information, is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
• Accurate information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Your full name, date of birth, and contact details must match your official identity documents.

4 Deposits & Payments

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and belong solely to the registered user. Using another person's bank account or digital wallet is strictly prohibited.

5 Fund Withdrawal

• KYC Verification: First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding a certain amount require completed KYC verification. This is a standard industry compliance requirement and not a barrier to withdrawals.

9 Account Closure

A 5hot account can be closed in two main ways:

• Closed by the user: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the 5hot support team. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance will be processed for withdrawal once all requirements have been met.
• Closed by 5hot: The platform reserves the right to close or suspend a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, or for platform security reasons.

In cases of closure due to a violation, 5hot reserves the right to withhold any remaining funds associated with the suspected activity until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation establishes fraud or a serious breach, the balance may be forfeited without compensation.

11 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 5hot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Money lost during gaming activity, including losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond 5hot's control, such as internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any actions by third parties, including payment providers or game providers, that are beyond the direct control of 5hot.

5hot's maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total funds deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Terms Amendment

5hot reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to business requirements, legal changes, or platform improvements. When amendments are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
• Material or significant amendments will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email.
• Continued use of the 5hot platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you disagree with any amendment made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible remaining balance before the amendment's effective date.
